Methods

- Participants were categorized by geographic location (MR vs. NMR) and age group (21–40, 41–60, and >60 years).
- Outcomes assessed over 3 months included HbA1c, fasting blood sugar (FBS), body weight, and user engagement.
Study Population
- Total users: 13,379.
- Metropolitan regions: 7,067 users.
- Nonmetropolitan regions: 6,312 users.
Engagement Patterns
- MR users demonstrated higher early engagement.
- NMR users showed greater engagement during the mid-to-late phases of the program.
